Nordic craftsmanship meets timeless design. Since 2015, we've been creating exceptional sofas for discerning retailers and interior professionals worldwide.
About Girlande
More than a manufacturer -- a partner in your range. Girlande Home works closely with furniture retailers and distributors to develop sofas that align with real market demand. From fast sampling to stable production, we focus on helping our partners move faster, reduce risk, and build collections that sell.
Our Story
Founded in Copenhagen in 2015, Girlande Home emerged from a simple vision: to bring authentic Nordic design to the global wholesale market. Our founders, former furniture artisans, recognized a gap between mass production and bespoke luxury.
We established our atelier in the heart of Scandinavia, where centuries-old woodworking traditions meet contemporary minimalist aesthetics. Every sofa we create reflects this heritage--clean lines, natural materials, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Today, we partner with over 200 curated retailers and interior designers across Europe, North America, and Asia. Our pieces grace boutique showrooms, luxury hotels, and residential projects that demand excellence.
Our Values
Craftsmanship
Every joint, every stitch, every finish is executed by master artisans who take pride in their work. We believe in slow furniture--pieces built to last generations.
Sustainability
We source FSC-certified hardwoods and organic fabrics from European suppliers. Our production methods minimize waste, and we offset all shipping emissions.
Partnership
We view our retailers as collaborators, not clients. Dedicated account managers, flexible terms, and transparent communication define our wholesale relationships.
Made to Endure
Frame Construction
Kiln-dried beech and oak hardwood, joined with traditional mortise-and-tenon techniques reinforced with modern adhesives. Each frame is load-tested to 150kg before upholstery.
Upholstery
Eight-way hand-tied springs, high-resilience foam cores, and natural down wrapping. Fabrics are pre-washed organic linen, wool, or performance velvet in our signature neutral palette.
Finishing
Exposed wood legs receive hand-rubbed oil finishes that develop patina over time. Every sofa is inspected three times before packaging in recyclable materials.
